I had a great sail, nearly took line honours in the first race, but faffed it all up 50 yards from the line, then a 3rd and a 4th. My excuse is that I left my waterproof sailing watch with its 5 minute timer at home - I am absolutely certain that if you don't nail the start you are playing catch up for the rest of the race.
I am not surprised you are jealous of our good weather - ours is glorious, yours is crap - BUT in 6 months time the position will be reversed and you can tell me about the UKs beautiful summer.
